A BIT MORE ABOUT ME
I've always been in pretty good shape - mostly from running and being outdoors. After having my second daughter, my body didn't bounce back the way it once did. I was later diagnosed with Osteopenia (a weakening of the bones or say a precursor to Osteoporosis), and told to strength-train to avoid more serious complications.
My current trainer wasn't able to customize my workout to address my physical limitations. Taking matters into my own hands, I decided to study and educate myself to become a personal trainer - and help customize programs for others with limitations like I had.
